In the case of steady-state manufacturing with reliable and known schedule events, the optimum service may be a combination of deferred road transport from point of production to port, carriage by sea via scheduled container service, and standard customs clearance and delivery in the country of destination. In the case of a long lead time item, such as a manufacturing prototype, the ideal solution may require expedited movement and handling throughout the transportation plan as manifested through team drivers for road movement, express air freight, and overtime or on-demand customs clearance minimizing total transit time. We align our solutions to the larger strategic environment surrounding our client, their client, and the value held by the material rather than simply by the cost of transport alone.
